Band 7 Answer
I would like to talk about a plan I had to change. Last month, I planned to go on a picnic with my friends at a nearby park. We were all excited and had packed food and drinks. However, on the day of the picnic, it started raining heavily, so we could not go. At first, I felt disappointed because I was really looking forward to it. Later, we decided to change our plan and have a small gathering at my house instead. Even though it was different from what we planned, we still had a lot of fun playing games and talking. I learned that sometimes it is important to be flexible and adapt to unexpected situations.
Band 8 Answer
The plan I had to change was a picnic with my friends that we had scheduled last month. We had chosen a beautiful park, prepared food, and were all looking forward to spending the day outdoors. Unfortunately, heavy rain forced us to cancel the picnic. Initially, I felt quite disappointed, as I had been eagerly anticipating the day. However, we quickly adapted and decided to organize a small indoor gathering at my house instead. Surprisingly, it turned out to be enjoyable as we played games, shared stories, and had a lot of fun together. This experience taught me the importance of flexibility and staying positive when plans do not go as expected. I realized that sometimes unexpected changes can lead to equally memorable experiences if you are willing to adapt.
