Band 7 Answer

A person I would really like to spend time with is my grandfather. He lives in a small town far from where I live now, so I don’t get to see him very often. I would like to spend time with him during the next summer holiday.

If I had the chance, I would probably visit him at his home and help him with gardening or cooking. I would also like to hear stories about his life and learn from his experiences. He has a lot of interesting memories from the past, and I think spending time with him would be both enjoyable and educational.

I want to spend time with my grandfather because he is wise and kind. I always feel relaxed and happy when I’m with him, and he gives me good advice. I believe that spending time with older family members is important because they teach us valuable lessons.

Band 8 AnswerSomeone I would genuinely love to spend time with is Malala Yousafzai, the Nobel Peace Prize laureate and education activist. I’ve admired her courage and dedication to advocating for girls’ education worldwide, and I think spending even a few hours with her would be incredibly inspiring.

If I had the opportunity, I would like to meet her during one of her speaking tours or visits to my country. I imagine we would discuss important issues like education, women’s rights, and global peace. I would love to hear her personal stories, insights, and advice firsthand.

The reason I want to spend time with Malala is not just because she’s a famous figure, but because she embodies resilience and hope. Being around someone with such a positive influence would motivate me to contribute more actively to my community and to stand up for causes I believe in.
