Band 7 Answer
I remember a time last month when the electricity in my neighborhood was cut off for a few hours. It happened in the evening, which made it difficult and inconvenient because I was studying. I had to use candles and my phone flashlight to continue doing my work. At first, it felt annoying and frustrating, but later I tried to stay calm and relaxed. I spent some time talking with my family and playing board games, which made the situation more enjoyable. The electricity came back after a while, and I felt relieved. That experience taught me to be more prepared for unexpected situations like this.
Band 8 Answer
A memorable time when the electricity was cut off was during a storm last month. The power went out in the evening, making it challenging and inconvenient as I was trying to complete some important assignments. Without electricity, I had to rely on candles and my phone flashlight to continue my work. Initially, I felt frustrated and impatient, but then I decided to make the most of the situation by spending quality time with my family, playing board games, and sharing stories. The power outage lasted a few hours, and when the electricity finally returned, I felt relieved and grateful.
