I remember missing a dentist appointment last year. I had noted it in my calendar, but I completely forgot because I was very busy with work and studies. When I realized, I felt guilty and embarrassed. I immediately called the clinic to apologize and reschedule the appointment. Fortunately, they were understanding and helpful. This experience taught me the importance of time management and being organized. Since then, I always set reminders for important meetings or appointments to avoid forgetting them.
